Here’s everything you need to know about do you know if your car is still covered if someone else has an accident in it?...

What does a local agent offer?

A local agent can offer numerous services, from roadside assistance and trip planning to map and tour guide books. You can also use your agent as an expert for travel problems both within the United States and abroad. Members are privy to frequent discounts at hotels, restaurants, museums, resorts, spas, golf courses and even Disney Parks saving you money on each adventure.

With all of these benefits offered at affordable prices, it makes sense that driving with a local agent is key when planning any kind of road trip. So what are you waiting for? Get started by browsing our website or calling us today! The call center will take care of everything for you so you can focus on enjoying the journey.

The best part is that this service comes at no extra cost because it's built into the price of our insurance policies.* Once you decide where to go, we'll plan your route accordingly and send everything over email so there are no surprises along the way. All trips must be planned before they start (although we will allow last minute changes) so please make sure not to start without first discussing with one of our agents what could happen if something goes wrong before making a decision!*

Contact Allstate Insurance through their website or by phone at (800) 525-9069 to speak with a knowledgeable agent. The Allstate agent will look up the nearest location and give a contact name to reach out to there.

If that agent can't find one, they'll make sure they provide the correct contact information for another agency nearby.

What should I expect from my agent when I visit them?

You can expect them to ask a few questions to understand the situation and find out what your needs are. They'll also want to make sure that they cover the services that you need, which may include physical damage, comprehensive coverage or collision only. Your agent will give you an idea of what you're looking at with these prices and whether or not any discounts might apply.

Here's a quick preview of some of the most common types of insurance:

Collision coverage - this pays for damages when one object crashes into another object (like a parked car).

Comprehensive coverage - this pays for damages due to theft, vandalism or other events not involving impact from another vehicle.

How much is homeowners insurance in California?

Cheap Homeowners Insurance in California with the California Dwelling Fire Insurance Fund

Homeowners insurance is different from one state to another, but there are some guidelines that may give you an idea about the average price. In California, most homeowners get coverage through the California Dwelling Fire Insurance Fund (CFIF), which is part of the state-run self-insurance program known as The FAIR Plan.

As always, rates can be specific and vary depending on your location and insurance company; two things that can't be done without your address. However, we do have a ballpark estimate: The FAIR Plan offers plans in 24 states which provide $2 million in property coverage up front, with 10 percent coinsurance for claims between $2 million and $4 million.

How can I contact them if I have further questions about my policy or coverage limits?

I have recently moved. Does this mean I have to get new coverage from AAA?

Actually, no. All policies with AAA include the name-your-provider component. This means that as long as you purchase one of our policies before your move, we will refund your membership and switch to a new provider of our choosing for the remainder of the term. After that, you can choose to get new coverage from whichever company or company type (website, telematics) suits your needs best.

These cases only come into play when you don't have any other insurance coverage (i.e., health insurance). If you have another form of auto insurance already in place then this would be handled by that policy. You should check with your current carrier to find out what would happen if this happened to you. Some carriers may cancel your policy altogether if they see you are moving away. In most cases, however, there is no issue with continuing to use their services as long as you're moving within the same state.

What is the difference between Classic and Plus AAA membership?

AAA's Classic membership covers up to $50,000 for repairs and a member-only tow service. Plus membership, available for just a few dollars more, also includes: 100 miles of free towing per year for a single breakdown and unlimited free towing for members who are on an ongoing construction project such as a home renovation.

For people with long commutes or multiple drivers in the household, this can be a great savings. The Basic plan is less expensive but does not include either coverage level. So how do you decide which one to choose? Well, we recommend that all our customers take a look at their insurance policy first.

If they have comprehensive coverage for their vehicle - meaning that the policy will cover them if they get into an accident - then they might want to go with the cheapest option. If they don't have comprehensive coverage (or any type of collision insurance), then we recommend getting one of our Plus plans because it would offer some additional protection in case of an emergency situation like a break down or being stuck in traffic.

What are the benefits of being a member of AAA?

* We provide roadside assistance, 24/7 service and world-class emergency response to more than 55 million members with over 100 years of experience. * AAA clubs also offer exclusive savings on everything from vacations to dining, sporting goods and more! * Local clubs offer exclusive benefits at local businesses, like savings at restaurants and stores. Some even offer free VIP parking! What are the cons?:

We offer a lot of services, but we can't do them all at once. There are limitations to what we can do for our members as well as what others might be able to do for us when they're not our customers or they don't have any membership at all. For example, most AAA clubs cannot:

* Assist law enforcement in a crime scene investigation or arrest; * Assist with insurance fraud investigations; or * Offer traffic diversion (changing lanes) to alleviate congested traffic problems during a transportation disaster such as flooding or wildfire evacuation efforts. So, while you won't always find your answer by searching online, if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is. Don't hesitate to call your nearest club so an agent can answer your question personally!
